- PBX
- A private branch exchange (PBX) is a telephone exchange that serves a particular business or office, as opposed to one that a common carrier or telephone company operates for many businesses or for the general publicThis is a Telephone System used by a single business/office.

- Remote Desktop Protocol. A remote desktop solution powered by Microsoft Windows Server. Also refered to as RDS or Remote Desktop Services or Terminal Services.
- RDS
- Remote Desktop Services. A solution created by Microsoft and run on Windows Server 2008 servers. Also sometimes refereed to as Terminal Services.
- VDI
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Most commonly used to refer to Hosted Desktop via Citrix XenDesktop, but also used to refer to a desktop hosted via Microsoft Remote Desktop Services or Terminal Services.
