PBX
A private branch exchange (PBX) is a telephone exchange that serves a particular business or office, as opposed to one that a common carrier or telephone company operates for many businesses or for the general public

This is a Telephone System used by a single business/office.
RDP
Remote Desktop Protocol.  A remote desktop solution powered by Microsoft Windows Server.  Also refered to as RDS or Remote Desktop Services or Terminal Services.
RDS
Remote Desktop Services.  A solution created by Microsoft and run on Windows Server 2008 servers.  Also sometimes refereed to as Terminal Services.
VDI
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.  Most commonly used to refer to Hosted Desktop via Citrix XenDesktop, but also used to refer to a desktop hosted via Microsoft Remote Desktop Services or Terminal Services.

Virtual Fax - Used to send/recive faxes through your computer, without the need for an expensive telephone line or long distance charges.
